There will be be 4 hours of lecture and 2 complementary sessions of exercise given by each of the main speakers. Participants will have the opportunity to give a contributed talk.

Registration

The school will start on Monday September 15th around 9.00h and end on Friday September 19th afternoon, not later than 17.00h. The proximity of Brussels airport (30 minutes by direct train from the train station near the campus) makes an evening flight on Friday September 19th possible.

The registration fee of 210 euro includes lunches from Monday - Friday, coffee breaks, conference package, and social dinner. Please indicate through the registration form also if you are interested to give a contributed talk. Participants who wish to register a social dinner for accompanying persons can do so by choosing social dinner only instead of participant in the field ``Registration Category'' of the registration form. Please make sure that before submitting your registration, you have set the field ``Amount'' to 1. Submitting the registration form will bring you to the online payment module. It is possible to pay with credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. After a succesful payment, you should see a message confirming a successful payment. Note that it can happen that an error occurs at this stage. If so, please carefully check your bank card statement to see if the amount of money has been reserved/transferred or not, before retrying the registration. If you doubt whether a payment is succesful, do not hesitate to contact the organizers. Successful payments appear as confirmed in our system within a few days.

Accomodation

Accommodation has to be arranged by the participants individually. The campus of VUB is located in a lively area of the Brussels’ region. There are plenty of airbnb options. Hotel Access Brussels Delta Aparthotel is located very close to the campus. The university made a long term arrangement with this hotel. Note that to be eligbile for the VUB rate, the hotel requires to have a confirmation by one of the organizers. The hotel and organizers agreed that every participant can send a booking request directly to HB5M6@adagio-city.com, with Jan De Beule (Jan.De.Beule@vub.be) in cc., who will confirm to the hotel every booking request of registered participants. Please mention that you are participating in a summerschool on campus of VUB when requesting an offer for room(s). It is possible to book studios hosting up to 4 people. More information can be found on https://all.accor.com/hotel/B5M6/index.en.shtml. Also note that the VUB rate is not necessarily the cheapest option in this hotel. The usual booking websites might give you a better offer, albeit with less possibilities to cancel for free. Alternatively, there is an affordable IBIS hotel (IBIS Brussels Centre Châtelein) located about 2,5 kilometer from campus. There are no particular VUB rates, and booking requests should be made directly through the website of the hotel (or alternative booking sites).
